Linda Milor (Fellow, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA, in 1992. 

She is a Professor with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA.  She was a Vice President of process technology and product engineering with eSilicon Corporation, a Product Engineering Manager with Advanced Micro Devices, Sunnyvale, CA, USA, and a faculty member with the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA.  She has authored over 200 publications and holds six patents on yield and test of semiconductor integrated circuits.
